New Totim Racing Seat Inserts Now Available
We have a brand new range of insert insert kits at GSM Performance for 2024. These new kits are from Totim who have revolutionised the seat insert process. Unlike any other on the market, Totim insert kits are much easier to set up, cleaner, faster, and use a more convenient method. These insert kits use polyurethane foam rather than traditional beads and resin, making it easier to mix and distribute, resulting in a much higher quality experience and a better fitting seat. Obtaining a more accurate driving position allows the user to focus more on driving instead of keeping their body in place, therefore improving performance during any event.
How it works:
By making pressure on the fireproof bag the two materials inside mix allowing the activator to expand the polyurethane foam up to 25 times its initial volume. The seat insert kit then takes around 20 minutes for solidification to take place, and then after an hour, it is possible to proceed with cutting excess material away.
- Place the seat cushion in the cockpit or seat shell.
- Racing driver sits in seat to form the shape to match the drivers needs, ensuring the very best levels of comfort.
- Choose your size based on the amount of space between the seat and the racing driver. (The better the existing seat fits the driver the smaller the cushion you’ll need.)
- After waiting, excess materials at the edges can be cut to obtain the necessary shape for the driver.

We have six different sizes available to allow all types of drivers to create that perfect seating position, to maximise performance on the track. We recommend sizes 60×50, 90×50, and 100×85 for smaller drivers, for larger drivers, we recommend sizes 100×90, 120×90, and 140×100. All these kits are compliant with the FIA 3795:1992 regulations, suitable for any motorsport event.

We have a range of different sizes to choose from, allowing anyone to obtain a perfect driving position achieved by displacing the beads and resin mix in these REAL RACE seat insert kits. Drivers have time to test various seating positions before adding the resin to ensure they achieve the best seating position which can then be replicated once the resin is added and mixed. These seat infills offer increased comfort, safety, and durability.
Real Race Seat Accessory Range...
The 3-cell pad allows drivers to control the specific amount of inflation within the 3 cells. During inflation, the driver can apply pressure onto the pad therefore directing air to the required areas specifically as air can be directed between the 3 cells. The Real Race Seats Vacuum Pump and Hose is designed to be used in conjunction with Real Race Seats Poly-Bead Resin Seat Insert Kits. It provides a quick and simple solution for adding/releasing vacuum to liners. It can be operated manually, either by hand or foot. Allows the operator to easily control the flow rate of vacuum applied to the seat liner.
