The Totim Racing Seat Insert Kit revolutionises the seat insert process. Totim seat inserts are unlike any other on the market; much easier to set up, cleaner, faster, and uses a more convenient method. These insert kits use polyurethane foam rather than traditional beads and resin, making it easier to mix and distribute, resulting in a much higher quality experience and a better fitting seat.
How it works:
By making pressure on the fire proof bag the two materials inside mix together allowing the activator to expand the polyurethane foam up to 25 times its initial volume. The seat insert kit then takes around 20 minutes for solidification to take place, and then after an hour it is possible to proceed with cutting excess material away.
- Place the seat cushion in the cockpit or seat shell.
- Racing driver sits in seat to form the shape to match the drivers needs, ensuring the very best levels of comfort.
- Choose your size based on the amount of space between the seat and the racing driver. (the better the existing seat fits the driver the smaller the cushion you’ll need.)
- After waiting, excess materials at the edges can be cut to obtain the necessary shape for the driver.

- Large / Medium Drivers – 100 x 90cm – 2.3kg (foam)
- Small Drivers – 100 x 90cm – 2.7kg (foam)
Approval:
- The outer fabric that covers the foam is flame retardant and therefore compliant with FIA 3795:1992 regulation.
- Seat covering conforms to FIA homologation specifications UNI ISO 3795:1992 average burning rate 0mm/Min.
