The Cobra Nogaro Speedster Arrives For 2024
Earlier this year Cobra released the Nogaro Speedster (SPD-GC), which is now available at GSM Performance for 2024. This seat has four different listings, two carbon fibre and two fibreglass models varying the levels of weight saving. Both the fibreglass and the Wet Lay Carbon Nogaro Speedster seats have a signature version that offers a wider range of trimming options from Cobra that ensure you get the perfect handcrafted seat that’s unique to you.
Our Cobra Nogaro Speedster Collection
Cobra GRP (fibreglass) shell seats are now available with a ‘Wet Lay Carbon’ shell, which is a layer of carbon fibre applied to the fibreglass shell, to give the look of a fully carbon fibre shell without the expense.
The Cobra Nogaro Speedster is a new version of the popular Nogaro, with a lower back giving it the perfect look for your classic car. It is ideal for fitting in vintage or retro cars, as it blends in with the style and design of the vehicle. Its smaller size offers greater compatibility with smaller vehicles, such as the VW Golf, or classic Japanese cars like the Nissan 240Z. With the same profile as the Nogaro but with a lower back, it’s an aggressively styled seat that minimises the compromises normally associated when fitting race seats to a regularly used road car. The side and shoulder bolsters offer great levels of body support but allow easy entry and exit and the base profile allows the seat to be mounted very low in the car if that is your favoured driving position.

The Cobra Nogaro Sportster Signature Options
Cobra has a signature range for all their seats, this allows for more customisation with the seat’s trim material and design. With the Cobra Nogaro Speedster, you can choose from Fabric/Vinyl/Amalfi/Leather and many more materials with the added option to mix and match separate seat panels. The decision is yours when picking the colour of a signature seat, just send us the details and we can see what’s possible with Cobra.
Providing your own trim material for these seats is also possible, making them truly unique and personal to you.
Our Cobra Nogaro In-Store Seat Collection
We have both the Cobra Circuit and Club bucket seats, from the Cobra Nogaro collection, on display ready for viewing and testing in-store. We stock and display both models in pairs ready for immediate dispatch or collection from our showroom. The difference between our in-store Cobra Nogaro seat range is that the Nogaro Circuit and Street have a vinyl trim material with or without harness slots whereas the Nogaro Club comes in fabric.
The Nogaro is available in two shell materials, GRP and Carbon and with or without harness slots in a wide range of fabrics, colours, and custom trim options. We have separate listings sold in pairs that are on our fast dispatch page where all seats available in-store as pairs can be found. The Cobra Nogaro seat range is not FIA-approved but are great for the road and track as they have support at the shoulders and thigh areas from its deep bucket design that will pin you in your seat even around fast corners.
